• A voting session request by New Life Christian Church of Poplar Bluff to rezone 2755 Barron Road from RS-2 general residential to O-1 professional office.

The Poplar Bluff Plumbing Board will meet at 5 p.m. Thursday at the city council chambers. Items on the agenda include a request by Bruce C. Peterson to take the journeyman plumber’s test.

The Poplar Bluff Board of Adjustment will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at the city council chambers.
Items on the agenda include variance requests from:
• Kevin and Regena Davis of Fisk for 115 S. Main St., from a CX-3 central commercial mixed use district for a dog training and boarding facility.
• Quality Tech Transmission Center for a 20-foot front yard variance on the west side of the property and 10-foot front yard variance on the north side, at 1700 S. Broadway and 318 W. Victor.
