Jason Vogler, 42, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 12:31 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 30, at the Probation and Parole Community Supervision Center, 1441 Black River Industrial Park Road, and booked on a Butler County warrant for larceny. He was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Officers responded at 2:01 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 30, to a residence in the 800 block of Mary Street for a drug overdose. The victim regained consciousness and refused medical assistance.

Scott Fowler, 62, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 3:11 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 30, on the parking lot of Save-A-Lot during the investigation of a motor vehicle collision. Fowler was booked on a charge of driving while intoxicated and released pending review by the prosecutor.

Pamela Cochran reported at 3:50 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 30, someone broke into her residence in the 1500 block of Cross Street and stole tools and electronic devices.

An employee at Save-A-Lot reported at 5:24 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 30, a white female stole merchandise from the store. The suspect was identified and a criminal summons was mailed to her.

Cornelius Harris, 49, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 8:37 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 30, at a residence in the 900 block of Fairmount Street. Harris was booked on Butler County warrants for probation violation and failure to appear on non-support, a Probation and Parole warrant for parole violation, and a Poplar Bluff municipal warrant for failure to appear on possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic offense. He was lodged in the Butler County jail.
