One person was injured Friday afternoon in a rollover accident on Shelby Road, near Roxy Road.
According to emergency personnel at the scene, a female driver was traveling northbound when her SUV left the east side of the roadway. The driver overcorrected and the vehicle overturned in a ravine, coming to rest in a slough.
Eyewitnesses at the scene said the driver was able to crawl out of the wrecked vehicle.
The driver was taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.
