Butler County has seen its second new confirmed positive case of COVID-19 since the state started reopening efforts.
The county now has a total of 28 cases, with 24 recovered. One is classified as inconclusive and the other three are being recommended to self isolate. There are no hospitalizations at this time.
The latest prior case was confirmed six days ago after two weeks without any new cases.
Of the confirmed cases in Butler County, 17 are male and 11 are female.

20-29: 3
30-39: 4
40-49: 2
50-59: 7
60-69: 8
70-79: 2
80+: 2
The Missouri stay-at-home order expired April 24 with some social distancing regulations still in place.
Missouri has seen 10,945 positive cases and 605 deaths due to the virus.
