Readers are invited to check out the first Authors Fair at the Dunklin County Library in Kennett Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., in conjunction with the Kennett Fall Into Arts Festival.
The Authors Fair is an excellent way for authors to meet book buyers and reviewers, interact with fellow authors, meet readers and find new ones.
Among those expected to attend are Noel Barton, Gerry Harlan Brown, Bobbie Falin, John C. Fisher, Carol Fisher, Conn Hamlett, Gail Harris, Don Jeffries, Anne Jeffries, Joe Keene and John T. Wayne.
Also happening Saturday in downtown Kennett is the Kennett Fall Into Arts Festival. Events begin at 7 a.m. and run until 5:30 p.m. Also happening in Kennett that day are the Kennett Cruisers Car Show and the 9th Annual 3D Bash for remote control pilots and enthusiasts.

WHAT An annual event to raise funds toward an endowed scholarship for fine arts students at TRC. Trophies will be awarded to the top two males and females in each age group.
