A message from Poplar Bluff Police Chief Danny Whiteley:

"Attention dope dealer: You ran from Officer Hopper last night. You left your gun and dope in your car.

"Please contact me at the Poplar Bluff Police Department to discuss retrieving your items.

"And, by the way, we have your car impounded."
