Holiday double feature Saturday at the Rodgers, Santa will be there too

‘Tis the season for the annual Christmas movie showing Saturday evening at the Rodgers Theatre in downtown Poplar Bluff. This year’s double feature will be “A Charlie Brown Christmas” and “Home Alone.”

The fun begins at 5:30 p.m. with the arrival of the man in red, Santa. He will greet guests and pose for photographs until the movie showing at 7 p.m. Official Rodgers Theatre photographer, Leonard Fulbright will be on hand to capture those special moments for you and your family.

There is no admission charge but donations will be gratefully accepted to help with the repair of the theater marquee. The concession stand will also be open and have added hot chocolate and coffee to the menu this year.
