Tired of seeing that old, rusty grill sitting in your garage? Are your kids driving around in some wimpy, plastic car you have to replace the batteries in all the time? Then the Heartland Cruisers have just the thing for you!

The Hot Rod BBQ grill is designed to look like a 1:1 scale aluminum engine, complete with zoomie-style headers that smoke while you cook, chrome air cleaner and accessories, and an authentic-looking engine stand base with locking casters.

Your mini mechanics will pedal with pride when they slip in behind the wheel of this deluxe hot rod pedal car. Made from durable stamped steel with a high-gloss finish, this car has full pedal function that is adjustable for various heights.

Both items will be given away the Saturday night of Homecoming, Aug. 12. You do not need to be present to win. Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5.

The Heartland Cruisers is a non-profit car club for automobile enthusiasts. Each year, the club hosts various cruise-ins, car shows and raffle drawings to raise money for the club's donations. Proceeds raised at events are used to fund local scholarships, sponsor underprivileged children at Christmas and donate to other local charities. Anyone interested in joining should contact Mark Crisel or David Phillips.
