Greenville R-II High School names April students of the month

Greenville R-II High School in Greenville, Mo., has named Kendra Hemmerlein and Cynthia Porter as its high school students of the month for April.

Kendra Aislynn Hemmerlein is a senior and the daughter of Shannon and Lee Hemmerlein of Williamsville, Mo. She is active in Beta Club, Art Club, A-Plus, choir and National Honor Society.

Kendra enjoys cross stitch, spending time with her cats, reading and learning new things. She plans to attend Three Rivers College to pursue a degree in social work.

Porter

Cynthia D. Porter is a senior and the daughter of Cecille and Jerry Porter of Williamsville, Mo. She is active in Beta Club, FCCLA, FBLA, FCS, cross country, basketball, yearbook, class secretary, NHS, Art Club, Photography Club, softball, A+.

Cynthia enjoys photography, hiking, working out and spending time with family and friends. She plans to attend TRC to earn her associate degree then finish her master’s degree in psychology at Missouri State University.
