September Students

of the Month

First Grader Gracyn Bridgewater, daughter of Lisa Bridgewater, is a student of Kristen Spain. Gracyn loves to write, be on the school morning news, dance with her sister and play school with her sister!

She stands out for her sweet manners and eagerness to learn new things. She likes to learn as mush as she can and help others learn too! Her class chose her because she always tried her best, she is a good friend and she sets good examples about what First Grade leadership is!

When she grows up, Gracyn wants to be a principal like her Aunt Jenny. First she wants to be a teacher, than a principal.

Ashton DeGaris, son of Chris and Michelle DeGaris, was selected by his second grade teacher Kylee Moss. His hobbies are: spending the night with Papaw and keeping him busy! He loves to help clean out sheds and work in the yard.

Ashton is such a kind-hearted friend and leader. He is always looking for ways to help out in the classroom and on the playground. Ashton uses his leadership habits throughout the day by always being proactive and putting first things first. He is truly a joy to have in class and a true friend to all. Ashton is an incredible kiddo!

He wants to be a fireman, a policeman, a concrete man, a lawn guy and a construction worker when he grows up.

Third grader Stephanie Russom, daughter of Cassie Reed, was nominated by her teacher, Kristen Clements. Stephanie likes to play outside for fun.

Stephanie is always doing what is expected of her and more. She goes above and beyond the "help those around her." She is very kind and patient with other students. She is a true leader.

When she grows up, Stephanie wants to be a doctor.

October Students

of the Month

Blaine Moss, son of Matthew and Tiffany Moss, was chosen by his first grade teacher, Angela Bowman. His hobbies are: video games, visiting new places, hunting and riding his four-wheeler. Blaine is very respectful and helpful in his class. He is always kind and considerate to others.

He wants to be a fireman or construction worker like his dad.

Second grader Suriyah Ruiz, daughter of Amanda and Augustine Ruiz, was chosen by her teacher, Ashley McCauley. Suriyah likes to run around and play with friends.

She uses the habits every day and has wonderful manners. Suriyah is polite to all students and teachers.

When she grows up, Suriyah wants to be a cop.

Colton Kara, son of Tanya Phillips, was selected by his third grade teacher, Jackie Gilberto. Colton loves to go to Grandma Carol's house to help, go to the park and play basketball with his brother, ride bikes, and run around the block.

He is a delight to have in class. Colton is always polite with a smile on his face. He gets along well with his peers. He focuses on doing what is right and works hard at putting first things first.

He'd like to be a police office like his Uncle Matt when he grows up.
