Emergency responders were called shortly before 11 a.m. to a report of a tractor trailer truck turned over near Broseley.
Daily American Republic staff on scene say the single vehicle accident occurred in a curve on Highway 51, about two miles south of Broseley, near the area of county roads 663 and 659.
The driver, according to law enforcement on scene, sustained minor injuries.
The tractor trailer truck was hauling scrap metal, according to reports. As of 11:45 p.m. emergency responders remained on scene arranging clean up.
