The Three Rivers MSHSAA District Music Festival was held Tuesday, Friday and Saturday at the Tinnin Fine Arts Center, with students from several regional schools performing for the chance to compete at the MSHSAA state level in April.

The Dexter High School Concert Band earned a No. 1 rating, as did the Bloomfield High School Concert Band.

Several local choirs earned No. 1 ratings, including Poplar Bluff High School Women’s Choir, Poplar Bluff High School Men’s Choir, Poplar Bluff High School Concert Choir, Doniphan High School Choir, Dexter High School Concert Choir and Dexter High School Women’s Choir.
