Local officials expect additional guidance over the next few days on moving forward after the statewide stay-at-home order expires May 3.
Butler County Emergency Management Director Robbie Myers said his department is working with local faith-based leaders about what they will do. He said those leaders seeking guidance or discussion about best practices can contact him at 573-872-7585.
His department will also be working with local business leaders as more information becomes available about what guidelines there’ll be moving forward.
New Cases
The Butler County Health Department announced two new confirmed cases Sunday morning. The county now has 26 confirmed positives. The new patients are recovering at home.
The state is also just shy of 7,000 confirmed cases and is at 274 deaths.
