The Butler County Health Department announced 14 new positive COVID-19 tests Monday afternoon, which sets a new single-day high for the county.
The last single-day high was set Thursday, July 30, with 10 new positive tests.
Butler County now sits at 224 total cases since the end of March. It crossed 200 on Thursday and 100 on July 6. Three Butler County residents have died from the virus.
Missouri is at 52,887 confirmed cases of the virus and 1,255 deaths as of 3 p.m. Monday.
