Authorities are investigating a Tuesday night shooting that left a Poplar Bluff man with non-life threatening injuries.
The shooting occurred just before 10 p.m. in the 1000 block of North 11th Street, according to Poplar Bluff Police Lt. Josh Stewart.
A 55-year-old man, Stewart said, was standing on a porch when he was shot in the arm.
“(He) says he heard shots and saw muzzle flash from an alleyway,” said Stewart.
The victim was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment, said Stewart.
No suspect, he said, is in custody at this time.
