Heather Dawn Kayser and Dalton Swift are both from Poplar Bluff, where Heather’s parents, Jeanna and James Tipton, and Dalton’s parents, Lisa and Eric Pennington, also live.

__Best friends take the plunge:__

Heather and Dalton met years ago at their church, First Liberty Missionary Baptist. They became best friends in November 2019, and later began dating.

They say: It didn’t take long to fall in love and decide to get married.

__The big question:__

Dalton proposed April 25, 2020, during a trip to Big Spring with family. He proposed right in front of the spring, catching Heather by surprise.

She says: It was perfect.

Heather and Dalton will marry Dec. 12, 2020, in the church where they first met.
