MACO Management Corp., home office in Clarkton, Mo., named Carolyn Watson of Piedmont 'Property Manager of The Year' at its annual meeting.
MACO Management, which manages rental properties in six states, held its annual meeting with management personnel at the Black River Coliseum.
The surprise award was presented by MACO Regional Operations Director John Hixson.
Watson has professionally managed three MACO rental complexes in Piedmont (58 units) for the past 10 years. Her dedication and management skills have made these complexes outstanding rental properties, said Regional District Manager Becky Hodges.
The Piedmont Properties are Meadowbrook Apartments, Clearwater Apartments and Piedmont Apartments.
