Ozark Federal Credit Union held it's 65th annual meeting at the Holiday Inn Banquet Room at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 25.

The theme for the Annual Meeting was "Joy in the Journey," reflecting the changes that have taken place in the credit union over the last 65 years. During the meeting, Kirk Mondy, president, was honored for his 35 years of service at the Credit Union. He started his career with the credit union as a part-time teller during college and worked his way to be the OFCU president. OFCU grew from one branch inside the VA hospital to what it is now, six counties and six locations. Also honored were Katrina Hopson, operations manager, for 15 years of service and Kim Crockett for five years of service at the Dexter location.

The members elected to the board were: Ed Ervin retained his position as chairman of the board. He has served for 31 years. Gary McVey, with 27 years served and Glen Monehan was elected to fill the vacated position of Terry Farmer, who decided to not run again after 15 years.

Tasteful Creations catered the meal with 191 members and guests were in attendance.
