__Spencer is Top Producer__

Julie Spencer has been named the Top Producer for April at Century 21 American Realty-Rick Lansford.

Spencer has been a real estate agent since licensed in November 1998. She worked for Re/Max for over 14 years and earned the Re/Max Executive Club, President’s Club, 100% Club and Re/Max Hall of Fame Award.

Spencer earned her CRS and GRI designations.

Spencer currently is serving on the Three Rivers Board of Realtors as R-PAC chairman.

She has three children, Chris Griffin and wife, Heidi, Samantha Spencer Armes and husband, Justin, all of Jonesboro, Ark.; and Derek Spencer of Jefferson City, Mo. Spencer has four grandchildren, Allison, Jessica, Spencer and Emersyn.

__Whitten is Top Lister__

Terri Whitten has been named the Top Lister for April at Century 21 American Realty-Rick Lansford.

Terri Whitten has been selling real estate since 2009 and has been them Top Lister and Producer for the past five years with her former companies. She has earned Gold, Silver and Platinum Level Awards for the past eight years.

Her achievements include Top Producer in 2011, Top Lister for 2013, and Top Producer for 2016, and Top Lister and Producer for 2015 and ’17.

She has earned the GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) to assist buyers and sellers.

She is married to Dan Whitten, who is a RN in the emergency room at Black River Medical Center. Together they have one son, Dustin, and his wife, Meagan (Stucker), and their daughter, Kaylee May.

__Parent company of River Mist wins award__

Americare Senior Living has earned a 2019 Customer Approved Award from Lincoln, Nebraska–based health care-intelligence firm NRC Health. The award recognizes senior-care organizations across the country for creating an outstanding care experience for their residents.

River Mist Senior Living in Poplar Bluff is an Americare Senior Living community.

Only 20 Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Skilled Nursing organizations earned this distinction. Winners were selected according to the results from NRC Health’s 2018 Resident and Family Experience Survey. To qualify, organizations must have a high percentage of respondents willing to recommend their locations to friends and family. This measure is known as the Net Promoter Score (NPS), and it strongly correlates with both customer satisfaction and enduring loyalty.
