Eldon Osborn Jr., 35, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 3 p.m. Monday, Sept. 18, on South Fifth Street. Osborn was booked on a Probation and Parole warrant for parole violation and lodged in the Butler County jail.

An employee at Happy Mart at 1800 S. Broadway reported at 3:51 p.m. Monday, Sept. 18, a white male wearing a mask and hooded sweatshirt flourished a pistol and cash and merchandise and left the scene on foot.

Jerry Buffington reported at 4:50 p.m. Monday, Sept. 18, his car was scratched while it was parked at his residence in the 400 block of North Second Street.

A member of the Masonic Lodge at 2303 N. Main St. reported at 5:41 p.m. Monday, Sept. 18, they found a deer stand abandoned on their parking lot. The stand was placed into evidence until the owner is identified.

An employee at Lemonade House Grille reported at 6:28 p.m. Monday, Sept. 18, two customers left without paying for meals. The theft was captured on surveillance video and the suspects were identified by the officer. Efforts to contact the suspects failed, and criminal summonses for stealing were mailed to their last known address.

Amanda Tippen, 40, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 8:09 p.m. Monday, Sept. 18, at Menard’s. Tippen was booked on a charge of stealing and released pending review by the Butler County prosecutor.

Megan Haag reported at 10:26 p.m. Monday, Sept. 18, her boyfriend assaulted her at their residence in the 800 block of Lester Street. The suspect left the scene before the police were called and efforts to locate him were unsuccessful. The matter was referred to the Butler County prosecutor.

Jimmie Coffer reported at 11:02 p.m. Monday, Sept. 18, a white female entered his residence in the 700 block of Price Street, then quickly left. Officers searched the area but did not find the suspect.

Cassie L. McMeans, 42, of Ellington was arrested at 2:06 p.m. Monday, Sept. 18, in Reynolds County on two misdemeanor warrants. She was booked at the Reynolds County jail.

April G. Harmon, 59, of Qulin was arrested at 5:57 p.m. Monday, Sept. 18, in Butler County on suspicion of felony DWI (alcohol), littering and careless and imprudent driving. She was booked at the Butler County jail on a 12-hour hold.
