On Oct. 18, at 11:29 a.m., Douglas Ray, 42, of Poplar Bluff was arrested during a traffic stop on North B Street. Ray was booked in on a Poplar Bluff Municipal warrant for failure to appear on a charge of no insurance and he was released on bond.

On Oct. 18, at 2:26 p.m., Robert Ward reported the battery was taken from his vehicle while it was parked at Briggs and Stratton at 731 Hwy 142.

On Oct. 18, at 3:21 p.m., Ian Adams, 25, of Poplar Bluff was arrested on the campus of Three Rivers College. Adams was booked in on a Butler County warrant for burglary first degree with a $10,000 bond and an additional charge of trespassing; and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.

On Oct. 18, at 4:59 p.m., an employee for Safelink reported someone cut locks off a building and trailer at Alan’s Muffler at 1901 South Broadway. He was unable to determine whether anything was taken.

On Oct. 19, at 4:17 a.m., Virgil Ashley reported his car was stolen from his driveway in the 2300 block of Tennessee Street.

On Oct. 19, at 5:47 a.m. Lyn Farr, 55, of Poplar Bluff was arrested during a traffic stop on North 5th St. Farr was booked in on a Butler County warrant for dangerous drugs with a $2,500 bond and additional charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Farr was lodged in the Butler County jail.
