A 60-year-old woman sustained moderate injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 12:45 p.m. Friday, Oct. 13, on Highway T, nine miles north of Poplar Bluff.
According to the report, Lori A. Quinn, 60, of Wappapello was operating a 2015 Ford Fusion northbound when it ran off the right side of the road, struck a driveway and overturned.
Quinn was transported by Butler County EMS to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Jones, 24, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 6:26 p.m. Friday, Oct. 13, in Butler County on a Butler County warrant for failure to appear on no insurance, a Poplar Bluff Police Department warrant for failure to appear on no operator’s license, and on suspicion of displaying the plates of another, no insurance and no seat belt. She was booked at the Butler County jail.

An 18-year-old woman sustained minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 7:40 p.m. Friday, Oct. 13, at the intersection of Highway PP and County Road 423 west of Poplar Bluff.
According to the report, Kadeigh L. Woolverton, 18, of Poplar Bluff was operating a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze northbound when it ran off the road and struck an embankment.
Woolverton was taken via ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Amber L. Shands, 34, of Qulin was arrested at 8:36 p.m. Friday, Oct. 13, in Butler County on suspicion of DWI and failure to drive on the right half of the road. She was booked at the Butler County jail on a 12-hour hold.

A 47-year-old man sustained moderate injuries in a two-vehicle accident at 5:15 a.m. Monday, Oct. 16, on Highway 25, 50 feet east of Malden.
According to the report, William K. Blagg, 56, of Malden was operating a 2000 Freightliner eastbound when it failed to yield to a southbound 2022 Ford Maverick operated by Alexander M. Garrett, 47, of Campbell.
Garrett was transported by Medic One Ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

An employee at Country Pickens at 616 Highway 53 reported at 3:58 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, a white male stole a cordless drill and batteries from the store. The suspect was identified from surveillance video footage and the stolen items were recovered and returned to the store. The matter was referred to the Butler County prosecutor.
