An employee at Cash’s Car Clinic at 1926 S. Broadway reported at 7:53 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28, windows were broken on several vehicles parked at the business.

Jason McGee, 49, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 2:18 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28, in the 1800 block of South Broadway. McGee was booked on a Poplar Bluff municipal warrant for failure to appear on resisting arrest and held at the Butler County jail.

Barry Tucker reported at 3:33 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28, an adult male acquaintance confronted him in front of his residence in the 800 block of Ash Street and threatened him with a pistol. The suspect left the scene before the police were called.

An employee at Menard’s at 3105 Oak Grove Road reported at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28, a white male passed several forged checks at the store.

Donna Warden reported at 6:12 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28, an adult male family member threatened to assault her during a confrontation at her residence in the 1100 block of Sunset Drive. The suspect left the scene before officer arrival, and a ticket for peace disturbance was mailed to his address.

Tyler Ezell reported at 8:26 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28, he was struck by a blue Chevrolet passenger vehicle during a confrontation on County Road 307. The driver allegedly tried to strike Kenneth Lott, then fled the scene south on County Road 307. Both victims refused medical care at the scene.

Officers responded at 11:03 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28, to the 700 block of North 10th Street for an adult female suffering a mental health crisis. The victim was taken to the emergency room for an evaluation.
