Jacob Million, 29, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 10:13 a.m., Nov. 22 at a residence in the 1600 block of Wallace Street. Million was booked in on Poplar Bluff municipal warrants for failure to appear on traffic offenses with a $400 bond. Million was unable to post bond and he was released on his own recognizance.

An adult male was detained on at 11:34 a.m., Nov. 22 for stealing copper from the property of Aire Solutions in the 1400 block of South Broadway. The copper was recovered, and the business declined to prosecute. The adult male was released at the scene.

An employee at an Ozark Mental Health residential care facility in the 900 block of Oakwood Street reported at 12 p.m., Nov. 22 she was assaulted by a consumer living at the facility. The matter was referred to the Butler County Prosecutor.

Joseph Smith, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested at 12:41 p.m., Nov. 22 at the train depot on South Second Street. Smith was booked in on a Butler County warrant for passing a bad check with a $2,500 bond and a Dexter municipal warrant for a traffic violation with a $166 cash only bond and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Margorie Emmons reported at 12:56 p.m., Nov. 22 she left $40 at the register at Walmart Neighborhood Market at 3001 Oak Grove Rd. When she returned to the register, the money was not there.

An adult female reported on Nov. 22, at 2:30 p.m. a male subject in a green uniform confronted her as she parked her vehicle at Kid’s Corral at 2337 N. Main St, called her a profane name, and criticized her driving. The suspect left the scene prior to officer arrival.

Dilcia Resnik reported at 2:37 p.m., Nov. 22 her vehicle was struck while she was turning from Shelby Road onto Oak Grove Road. The other vehicle left the scene.

Laronda Mack, 48, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 2:58 p.m., Nov. 22 at Walmart Supercenter at 333 S. Westwood Blvd. Mack was booked in on a charge of stealing and she was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Anastacia Doty reported at 3:09 p.m., Nov. 22 that an acquaintance called and threatened to kill her.

Ashlie Patty, 34, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 5:28 p.m., Nov. 22 at a residence in the 1900 block of Arkansas Street. Patty was booked in on Butler County warrants for probation violations with a $6,000 cash only bond and Poplar Bluff municipal warrants for failure to appear on trespass, property damage and stealing with a $200 bond and she was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Officers responded at 5:51 p.m., Nov. 22 to Hendrickson Park for a child throwing a tantrum. The child was released to a family member and this matter was referred to the Juvenile Office.

Tianna Harris reported at 9:16 p.m., Nov. 22 someone broke into her residence in the 1100 block of Fairmount Street.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance at 12:50 p.m., Nov. 23 at a residence in the 1800 block of West Maud Street. No injury was reported, and no charges were filed.

Carter Crabtree, 19, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 2:16 p.m., Nov. 23 during a traffic stop on Oak Grove Rd. Crabtree was booked in on a Doniphan municipal warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense with a $5,000 bond and a Butler County warrant for traffic violations with a $1,000 bond. He was lodged in the Butler County jail.
