Whitehead, 42, of Broseley was arrested at 9:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16, in Stoddard County on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, operating a motorcycle without proper endorsement and failure to display valid plates. He was booked at the Stoddard County jail on a 24-hour hold.

Dexter W. Jordan, 32, of Rector, Arkansas, was arrested at 2:03 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17, in Dunklin County on a Butler County warrant for failure to maintain financial responsibility. He was booked at the Dunklin County jail.

A 63-year-old woman sustained moderate injuries in a two-vehicle accident at 5:35 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17, on Highway 53 in Qulin.
According to the report, J.D. Benton, 69, of Qulin was traveling southbound on the northbound shoulder and struck the passenger side of a northbound 2021 Toyota Tacoma operated by Stanley G. Crisel, 68, of Puxico.
A passenger in Crisel’s vehicle, Myshena A. Crisel, 63, of Puxico was transported by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Jordan S. Bourbon, 34, of Belleville, Illinois, was arrested at 6:39 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17, in Wayne County on suspicion of DWI with a juvenile in the vehicle and driving while revoked. He was booked at the Wayne County jail on a 12-hour hold.

Lydia Young, 42, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 7:41 a.m. Friday, Nov. 17, at a residence in the 100 block of Elm Street. Young was booked on charges of trespassing, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was lodged in the Butler County jail.

John Bailiff reported at 9:34 a.m. Friday, Nov. 17, his Jeep was struck by a tan Chevrolet Equinox which left the scene. The suspect vehicle was identified from surveillance video footage, and a Ripley County deputy contacted the owner and collected vehicle and insurance information for the accident report.
