Whitehead, 42, of Broseley was arrested at 9:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16, in Stoddard County on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, operating a motorcycle without proper endorsement and failure to display valid plates. He was booked at the Stoddard County jail on a 24-hour hold.

Dexter W. Jordan, 32, of Rector, Arkansas, was arrested at 2:03 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17, in Dunklin County on a Butler County warrant for failure to maintain financial responsibility. He was booked at the Dunklin County jail.

A 63-year-old woman sustained moderate injuries in a two-vehicle accident at 5:35 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17, on Highway 53 in Qulin.

According to the report, J.D. Benton, 69, of Qulin was traveling southbound on the northbound shoulder and struck the passenger side of a northbound 2021 Toyota Tacoma operated by Stanley G. Crisel, 68, of Puxico.

A passenger in Crisel’s vehicle, Myshena A. Crisel, 63, of Puxico was transported by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Jordan S. Bourbon, 34, of Belleville, Illinois, was arrested at 6:39 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17, in Wayne County on suspicion of DWI with a juvenile in the vehicle and driving while revoked. He was booked at the Wayne County jail on a 12-hour hold.

Graclyn C. Billingsley, 18, of Lowndes was arrested at 12:49 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, in Stoddard County on suspicion of DWI (alcohol) and failure to drive on the right side of the road. She was released.

Nigel D. Williams, 29, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 1:14 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, in Dunklin County on suspicion of DWI (alcohol) and no turn signal. He was released.

Dustin Z. Shaw, 34, of Williamsville was arrested at 8:28 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, in Stoddard County on a felony Greene County, Arkansas, fugitive warrant. He was booked at the Stoddard County jail.

Kendall W. Berry, 66, of Hornersville was arrested at 11:33 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, in Dunklin County on suspicion of DWI. He was booked at the Dunklin County jail on a 12-hour hold.

Lydia Young, 42, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 7:41 a.m. Friday, Nov. 17, at a residence in the 100 block of Elm Street. Young was booked on charges of trespassing, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was lodged in the Butler County jail.

John Bailiff reported at 9:34 a.m. Friday, Nov. 17, his Jeep was struck by a tan Chevrolet Equinox which left the scene. The suspect vehicle was identified from surveillance video footage, and a Ripley County deputy contacted the owner and collected vehicle and insurance information for the accident report.

An employee at Poplar Bluff Junior High reported at 10:15 a.m. Friday, Nov. 17, a juvenile student was injured during a fight in a classroom. The injured student was released to a guardian at the school, and the other student was taken to the juvenile office to await a guardian.

A silver 2004 Dodge Neon was towed from the scene of an accident on PP Highway at 2:50 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17, after it was determined the driver had no license and the vehicle was not insured. The driver was released at the scene and traffic tickets were mailed to their residence.

Burkhart was booked on a Butler County warrant for failure to appear on a violation of an order of protection and a Poplar Bluff municipal warrant for failure to appear on trespassing. He was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Alexis Moss reported at 11:02 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17, an ex-boyfriend assaulted her during a confrontation at her residence in the 700 block of Dewey Street. The suspect left the scene before the police were called, and a criminal summons for domestic assault was mailed to his residence.

Lambert was booked on a Ripley County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and a Butler County warrant for stealing and property damage. She was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Brandy McMullin. 46, of Piedmont was arrested at 1:44 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 19, at a residence in the 700 block of Cynthia Street. McMullin was booked on a Poplar Bluff municipal warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense. McMullin was unable to post bond but she was released on her own recognizance.

Braxton Sneed reported he was assaulted by a younger brother at the residence. The juvenile suspect came to the police department to discuss the complaint, and he was released to his mother.

Samantha Fernandez, 43, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 19, during a traffic stop on Pine Street. Fernandez was booked on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and she was released pending review by the prosecutor.

Jeremy Thurner, 34, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 4:46 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 19, during the investigation of a traffic accident on Highway 53. Thurner was booked on Poplar Bluff municipal warrants for failure to appear on possession of marijuana and stealing and lodged in the Butler County jail.

A silver 2011 Ford Fusion was towed from a traffic stop on Maud Street at 7:55 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 19, after it was determined the vehicle was not properly registered and was not insured. Driver Angela Huitt, 33, of Qulin was issued traffic tickets and released at the scene.

Shunta Webb, 44, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 8:13 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 19, at Mike’s Resale at 1015 E. Harper St. Webb was booked on Butler County warrants for probation violation and failure to appear on stealing. She was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Officers responded at 8:16 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 19, to a residence in the 300 block of South 11th Street for a domestic disturbance. An adult male and female each said the other assaulted them; but neither party wanted to press charges.

Charles Coker reported at 9:28 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 19, he was assaulted by three people on Wood Street. Coker was not injured, and he was unable to identify his attackers.

Officers responded at 11:07 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 19, to the 700 block of Highway 142 for a drug overdose. The victim was taken by ambulance to the emergency room for treatment.

A blue 1987 Chevrolet Camaro was towed from a traffic stop at 11:18 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 19, after it was determined the vehicle was not insured and was not properly registered. Driver David Lane, 37, of Van Buren was issued traffic tickets and released at the scene.
