Poplar Bluff Police
Gary Dwayne Fowler, 56, of the 800 block of Jefferson Street was arrested 10:20 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, on suspicion of stealing.
According to the report, Angela R. Ray, 48, of the 2500 block of County Road 472 reported while she was dropping something off at Poplar Bluff High School around 10 a.m. she had left her car running and when she returned her purse was missing. Upon reviewing surveillance video, officers found a white Oldsmobile pull up in front of Ray’s vehicle before the driver got out and went over to her car. He ran back to his vehicle and drove off.
Another officer reported he had the vehicle and driver pulled over at Main and Benton Streets. Fowler initially denied the allegations before telling officers he’d “threw the purse out in the hospital parking lot in hope someone would find it.”
Officers were unable to locate the purse.
Fowler was booked in the Butler County jail.

Ethan Scot Williams, 26, of Cape Girardeau and Wappapello was arrested 7:33 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, on two failure to appear warrants and one parole violation warrant.
According to the report, Williams had a Cape County failure to appear warrant for a misdemeanor traffic offense, a Stoddard County failure to appear warrant for operating a vehicle without a valid license, and a parole violation warrant on the original charge of felony property damage. He was booked in the Butler County jail.

Tara N. Robertson, 39, of the 100 block of Hampton Court but also listed a Grandin address, was arrested Wednesday, Nov. 13, on a Butler County warrant for insufficient funds/passing a bad check. She was booked in the Butler County jail.

Michael Bale Seabaugh, 27, of the 200 block of County Road 422 was arrested Wednesday, Nov. 13, on a parole violation warrant for the original charge of felony larceny. He was booked in the Butler County jail.

Vickie Lorain Campbell, 42, of the 2000 block of Wasson was arrested Wednesday, Nov. 13, on four failure to appear warrants, two for possession of drug paraphernalia and two for no proof of auto insurance.

Sherry Jo Million, 45, of Piedmont reported at 7:10 p.m. that somebody had broken into a residence she owns on the 3500 block of Vandover Road over the past few weeks.
According to the report, officers observed damage to a residence door and the inside of the house was in a state of disarray.
Butler County Sheriff
James Allen Buchanan, 50, of the 2800 block of Lakeside Drive was booked in the Butler County jail Wednesday, Nov. 13, on suspicion of first degree statutory rape or attempted statutory rape of a person less than 14.

David Allen Goodman, 38, of Campbell was booked in the Butler County jail Wednesday, Nov. 13, on a failure to appear warrant for non-support in excess of 12 months.

Jerome Lamonte Webb, 23, of the 300 block of Spruce Street was booked in the Butler County jail Wednesday, Nov. 13, on suspicion of unlawful possession of a firearm.
Missouri State Highway Patrol
A 67-year-old Alton, Missouri woman received minor injuries from a one-vehicle accident at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13, on Missouri 142, 18 miles west of Doniphan.
According to the report, Francis A. Perkins was driving eastbound in a 2000 Ford Ranger when the vehicle ran off the right side of the road and struck a tree.
Perkins was transported via ambulance to Ozark Medical Center in West Plains.

A 39-year-old Bell City woman received moderate injuries from a one-vehicle accident at 3:15 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, on Route P, 6 miles south of Bell City.
According to the report, Christina R. Alberson was driving northbound in a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu when the vehicle ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a ditch.
Alberson was transported by ambulance to Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
Dexter Police
DEXTER — Cindy Carter of Poplar Bluff was arrested Wednesday, Nov. 13, on a warrant.

BLOOMFIELD — Danielle Michelle Devers, 29, of Dexter was booked in the Stoddard County Jail on suspicion of third degree assault. She is no longer in custody.
