Joshua Woods reported Sunday, March 3, he had items stolen from a shopping cart he had left at a friend’s house located in the 400 Block of Henry Street.

Officers responded Sunday, March 3, to the 300 block of North G Street to a domestic dispute. Officers made contact with Michael Crider and Phelicity White, who both said they were just arguing and nothing was physical. Neither White nor Crider wanted to press charges and both were advised of the Missouri domestic law.

Officers responded Sunday, March 3, to the Fifth Street overpass to a domestic dispute. The victim was hit in the back of the head and slapped by her boyfriend, according to the report. The suspect left prior to the officer’s arrival and will be mailed a summons for assault.

Officers responded Sunday, March 3, to the 700 Block of Cynthia Street in reference to a stolen vehicle. Brandy McMullin told the officer she went to bed the night before and when she woke this morning her car keys and her 2003 Ford Explorer were stolen. The vehicle was entered as stolen into M.U.L.E.S.

Officers responded Sunday, March 3, to Aldi’s in reference to shoplifting. Employees of Aldi’s advised two unidentified females stole items from the store and left without paying for the items. This case is still under investigation.

Officers responded Sunday, March 3, to the 2000 block of Wallace Street in reference to a domestic assault between a mother and her daughter. Both mother and juvenile related they were arguing over the chores not being done and it turned into a fight over a phone. This report was referred to the Butler County Juvenile Office for review.

Officers responded Sunday, March 3, to Burger King about a found debit card. The debit card was placed into evidence until the owner can retrieve it.

Officers responded Sunday, March 3, to Menard’s about trespassing. An employee pointed out Carmen Bolin, who was exiting the store, as the person needing trespassed from the store. Contact was made with Bolin and he was formerly trespassed from the property.

Officers responded Sunday, March 3, to Midland Street about property damage. The victim told officers a Christopher C. Danner, 35, of Poplar Bluff stabbed his tires on his vehicle over a verbal dispute. Danner was located and arrested for property damage. Danner was processed and released with charges being sent to the Butler County prosecutor’s office.
