City firefighters responded at 5:41 p.m. Friday, March 12, to a wreck with multiple injuries at 1200 N. Westwood. According to the report, firefighters assisted with loading patients and cleared the scene.

City firefighters responded at 7:26 p.m. Friday, March 12, to a report of a utility transformer arcing at 1422 Vine St. According to the report, upon arrival firefighters observed a utility transform arcing on a utility pole. They advised the utility department and waited on scene for them to arrive.

City firefighters responded at 7:17 a.m. Saturday, March 13, to a report of a fire alarm at Sunset Terrace. According to the report, while en-route crews were informed there was no fire. Upon arrival, firefighters spoke with a supervisor who informed them that they had burned some bacon, which set of the fire alarm. Firefighters investigated, found no fire and cleared the scene.

City firefighters responded at 3:39 p.m. Saturday, March 13, to a report of a fire alarm at Sunset Terrace. According to the report, while en-route crews were informed there was no fire. Upon arrival, firefighters spoke with a supervisor who informed them that they were having problems with the fire alarm and were on fire watch until problems could be addressed. Firefighters investigated, found no fire and cleared the scene.

City firefighters responded at 4:59 p.m. Saturday, March 13, to a report of a large unauthorized burn at 2542 N. Main. According to the report, upon arrival firefighters observed a demolished building that the owner had set on fire. Crews spoke to the property owner and advised him of city fire ordinances. Firefighters extinguished the fire using 550 gallons of water and cleared the scene.

City firefighters responded at 7:54 p.m. Saturday, March 13, to a report of gas odor near Vine Street. After investigation, no gas leak was found, and firefighters cleared the scene.

City firefighters responded at 1:54 a.m. Sunday, March 14, to a report of a fire alarm at the Rhodes One Stop at 3111 Oak Grove Road. According to the report, upon arrival crews made contact with an employee and were informed that one of the fryers set off the alarm. After investigating the location, no fire was found and firefighters cleared the scene.

City firefighters responded at 7:25 p.m. to a report of an authorized burn at 711 South Ninth St. According to the report, upon arrival firefighters discovered the occupant was burning trash in the back yard. Firefighters extinguished the fire using 10 gallons of water and cleared the scene.
