Officers responded at approximately 1:51 p.m. Thursday, July 18, to the Poplar Bluff Municipal Library in reference to a suicidal subject. Officers made contact with the subject, transported him to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, at which time a 96-hour affidavit was completed.

Officers took a missing person report, via email Thursday, July 18. Officers contacted Butler County jail, Behavior Health and PBRMC, but were unable to locate the subject. The subject was entered as a missing person.

Officers responded at approximately 3:30 p.m. Thursday, July 18, to the 100 block Hampton Court in reference to a domestic dispute. Both parties were advised of the Missouri State Domestic Violence Law. The subjects agreed to separate for the evening.
