One person was taken by ambulance to SoutheastHEALTH — Dexter following a two-vehicle accident at 2:06 p.m. Friday, July 17, on U.S. 60, one mile east of Dexter.
According to the report, Jamie L. Criglar, 50, of New Madrid was westbound when he slowed his 2006 Buick Lacrosse due to heavy rain and was struck in the rear by a 2017 Ford Econoline.
The second vehicle was driven by Miles R. Guffey, 63, of Mountain View.
Criglar had minor injuries.

A vehicle overturned in an accident at 12:30 a.m. Saturday, July 18, on Highway 67 northbound, two miles north of Greenville.
According to the report, Steven M. O’Briant, 41, of Qulin was northbound in a 2017 Ram 1500 when his vehicle ran off the right side of the roadway and overturned. He was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.
