Diana Mitchell, 73, of the 3000 block of County Road 209 reported at 2:08 p.m. Feb. 5 that a package of her medication had gone missing.
According to the report, Mitchell was waiting for the package to arrive, but it never did. When she called the post office, she was told an attempt to deliver it was made Jan. 29 but nobody was available to sign for it. She was told it was not at the post office. Deputies were told the post office had started an investigation into the missing package.

Poplar Bluff Police
Members of St. Andrew Lutheran Church reported the church was burglarized between noon Feb. 2 and 4 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6.
According to police reports, an individual stopped at the church Wednesday, Feb. 6, to check on possible water seepage into the building, at 2750 N. Westwood Blvd.
Upon entering, the witness found a white male in the church office, according to reports. The male is described as being around 5 foot 10 inches, and 170-180 pounds. The male appeared to be rolling tobacco at the desk, and allegedly told the witness he had a key to the building.
The male left the church when the witness left the room to make a phone call, according to reports.
A rear door to the church had broken glass and items were strewn about the building it was reported.

Jody Lynn Brown, 35, of the 800 block of Kinzer reported the windshield wipers of her vehicle were damaged by unknown person(s) between 7 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4, and 10:22 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5, while the vehicle was parked at her residence.

Cody Fisher, 27, of the 1400 block of the Black River Industrial Park was arrested at 10:45 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 6, in the 1000 block of South Broadway on a warrant for a probation violation. He was booked at Butler County jail.

Missouri State Highway Patrol
Thomas E. Bledsoe, 52, of Campbell was arrested at 9.49 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 6, on suspicion of driving while intoxicated (alcohol) and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was held at the Dunklin County Jail and released.

Ginger R. Blakney, 37, of Harrison, Ark., was arrested Thursday on a Taney County felony warrant for a probation violation on the original charge of burglary, Harrison Police department/Arkansas felony warrant on the charge of possession of a controlled substance and on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), felony possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodine), felony possession of a controlled substance in a correctional facility and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was booked into the Dunklin County Jail. There is no bond.

Jonah M. Brown, 27, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 6:45 a.m. Friday, Feb. 7, in Stoddard County on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and exceeded posted speed limit. Brown was booked into the Stoddard County Jail and released.

A West Plains woman suffered minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident at 5.30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 6, on Highway 53, one mile south of Poplar Bluff.
Mary L. Ward, 63, was a passenger in a 2014 Dodge Ram driven northbound by Carl E. Ward, 66, that ran off the right side of the roadway, struck a tree and overturned. Carl E. Ward was not injured. Mary L. Ward was transported by emergency medical services personnel to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.
