Rebecca Baily, 54, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 7:47 a.m., Dec. 7, during a traffic stop on North Sixth Street. Baily was booked in on a Poplar Bluff Municipal warrant for failure to appear on a code violation and she was released on bond.

An adult female reported a white male knocked at her back door at 9:19 a.m., Dec. 7, then walked to the front porch and took off his shoes. A criminal summons was mailed to the suspect.

Douglas Ray, 42, of Gatewood, was arrested at 12:23 p.m., Dec. 7, during a traffic stop on Sixth Street. Ray was booked in on a Poplar Bluff municipal warrant for failure to appear on no insurance with a $100 bond. Ray was unable to post bond and he was released on his own recognizance.

Officers responded to a reported overdose at 12:27 p.m., Dec. 7, at a residence in the 1000 block of Franklin Street. The victim was transported by ambulance to the hospital.

Christopher Lott, 21, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at 4:07 p.m., Dec. 7, at his residence in the 300 block of Relief Street. Lott was booked in on a Butler County warrant for harassment first degree with a $25,000 bond and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Michel Fuller, 38, of Poplar Bluff, was booked at 5:05 p.m., Dec. 7, at the police department on an outstanding municipal warrant for failure to appear on stealing with a $307 bond. Fuller was unable to post bond and he was released on his own recognizance.

Kelly Ferrell, 28, of Poplar Bluff and Brandon Jenkins, 26, of Poplar Bluff, were arrested during a traffic stop on at 7:15 p.m., Dec. 7, in the 500 block of Hwy 53. Ferrell was booked in on a Butler County warrant for non-support with a $5,000 bond and she was lodged in the Butler County jail. Jenkins was booked in on a Butler County warrant for dangerous drugs with a $500 bond and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Jocelyn Thompson, 24, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested at her residence at 10:07 p.m., Dec. 7, in the 1900 block of Arkansas Street. Thompson was booked in on Poplar Bluff municipal warrants for failure to appear on stealing, property damage, and a traffic offense. She was released on bond.
