Glenn Thompson, 38, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 8:22 a.m. Friday, Aug. 25, at his room at the Relax Motel at 3118 South Westwood Blvd. Thompson was booked in on a Poplar Bluff Municipal warrant for a traffic violation and he was released on bond.

Joshua Forbes reported at 2:06 p.m. Friday, Aug. 25, a silver 2023 Dodge Charger rented from Enterprise was stolen from the parking lot of his residence in the 600 block of Kinzer Street.

Officers responded at 4:16 p.m. Friday, Aug. 25, to a report of a road rage incident on the parking lot at Mansion Mall Shopping Center. Both parties left the scene before officer arrival; and they each said the other flourished a weapon during a confrontation over right of way.

Gabriel Adkins reported at 4:46 p.m. Friday, Aug. 25, his pistol was stolen by three black males in the 800 block of West Vine Street. Adkins met one of the suspects on social media, and drove to the location at that subject’s direction.

An employee at Productive Staffing reported at 4:45 p.m. Friday, Aug. 25, a female suspect called the business and directed threats and profanities at her. Officers contacted the suspect and warned her that further calls might result in criminal charges.

A passerby reported at 11:33 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, the glass was broken out of the front door of a vacant building at 1018 South Westwood Blvd. The owner was notified and said he would cover the opening.

Alfred Danner 39, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 4:54 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, at the Probation/Parole Community Supervision Center at 1441 Black River Industrial Park Road. Danner was transported to the Butler County jail

Officers responded at 9:10 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, to a residence in the 1000 block of Nooney Street for an adult male bleeding from a head injury. Eric Gibbs was taken to the hospital by ambulance. The investigation determined Gibbs suffered the injury during a confrontation at his mother’s residence in the 900 block of Nooney Street. At the time of this report no charges had been filed.

Officers responded at 9:54 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, to a residence in the 1300 block of Meadows Lane for a juvenile suffering a mental health crisis. The juvenile was taken by ambulance to the hospital for evaluation.

Kathryn Brady, 26, of Poplar Bluff was booked at 10:26 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, on a Poplar Bluff Municipal warrant for failure to appear on no insurance with a $500 bond. Brady was unable to post bond and she was released on her own recognizance.

Bradyn Nunley reported at 3:48 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 27, he was assaulted by two white males while he walked in the 1000 block of Fairmount Street. Officers searched the area but did not locate the suspects.

Marshall Jones, 40, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 8:36 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 27, at the Amtrak Train Depot. Jones was booked on a Probation/Parole warrant for parole violation with no bond, and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Katlyn Williams, 24, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 10:51 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 27 during a traffic stop on West Vine Street. Williams was booked in on a Butler County warrant for peace disturbance with a $2,500 bond and she was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Liberty Lambert, 18, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 1:09 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 27, at Dollar General Store at 903 Hwy 53. Lambert was booked in on a charge of stealing and a Ripley County warrant for possession of cocaine with a $5,000 bond. She was lodged in the Butler County Jail.

David Hessling reported at 5:14 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 27, a weed trimmer was stolen from his residence in the 700 block of Mill Street. The suspect was identified by video footage and the matter was referred to the prosecutor.

A neighbor reported at 6:54 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 27, the window of a residence in the 300 block of North D Street was damaged by a juvenile.

Steven Wilkinson, 55, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 8:39 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 27, at his residence in the 1700 block of Barron Road. Wilkinson was booked on charges of two counts of assault and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Officers responded at 12:08 a.m. Monday, Aug. 28, to a residence in the 200 block of Abington Street for a reported drug overdose. A witness said they administered two doses of narcan before officer arrival. The victim regained consciousness and refused further medical assistance.

Danny Powell reported at 3:37 a.m. Monday, Aug. 28, he was bitten by his daughter’s dog at their residence in the 1300 block of Meadow Lane. At his request the dog was impounded by Animal Control.

Jasmine Holloway, 26, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 5:04 a.m. Monday, Aug. 28, at a residence in the 600 block of Charles Street. Holloway was booked on a Poplar Bluff Municipal warrant for failure to appear on stealing with a $500 bond and Butler County warrants for probation violation with a $40,000 cash-only bond. She was lodged in the Butler County jail.
