Officers made contact with a victim Saturday, Aug. 17 at Brick Oven Pizza about stealing. Three suspects stole his backpack and contents while it was in a shopping cart located at the Beehive Liquor. The suspects fled on foot before the officer’s arrival.

Officers responded Saturday, Aug. 18 to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center about an assault. Contact was made with the victims and both stated a fight ensued at McLane Park and both parties wanted to pursue charges.

Officers responded Saturday, Aug. 18 to the 2200 Block of Maud Street about leaving the scene of an accident. Officers located the driver walking down Maud Street and she appeared to be having a mental health issue and was transported to the hospital for treatment. Once at the hospital she refused medical treatment and was taken home. The driver was issued three citations and released.

Officers responded Saturday, Aug. 18 to the 1900 Block of South Broadway Street about a trespasser. Contact was made with the property manager and she wished to have Crystal Nelson trespassed from the property. Nelson was located and escorted off the property and a Trespass affidavit was completed.
