Kaidence Colove reported at 2:17 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, her car was vandalized while it was parked at a residence in the 2000 block of Arkansas Avenue.

Robert Martin reported at 5:09 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, cash was missing from his residence in the 600 block of West Victor Street. He suspected the money was stolen by a house guest.

Lanny Grubbs, 60, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 8:03 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, at his residence in the 500 block of North Sixth Street and booked on Poplar Bluff municipal warrants for failure to appear on code violations. Grubbs was unable to post bond but he was released on his own recognizance.
