A vehicle reported stolen in Wayne County was recovered at 12:30 p.m. Friday, April 7, from a residence in the 1200 block of North Grand Street. Erika Collette, 37, and Marcus Mead, 39, both of Poplar Bluff, were arrested at the residence. Collette was booked in on charges of stealing a motor vehicle, possession of a prohibited item in jail, and a Wayne County warrant for property damage with a $10,000 bond and she was lodged in the Butler County Jail. Mead was booked in on a Wayne County warrant for failure to appear on non support with a $5,000 cash-only bond and he was lodged in the Butler County Jail.

An employee at an Ozark Behavioral Health residential care facility in the 2000 block of Kentucky Avenue reported at 3:30 p.m. Friday, April 7, a neighbor came onto the property and threatened them. The suspect was banned from the facility property.

Angielec Rucker, 27, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 3:48 p.m. Friday, April 7, at her residence in the 1600 block of Wallace Street. Rucker was booked in on a Poplar Bluff municipal warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense with a $157 bond. Rucker was unable to post bond and she was released on her own recognizance.

Brenda Hastings, 64, of Poplar Bluff was cited for peace disturbance and having a dog at large at her residence at 5:15 p.m. Friday, April 7, in the 1400 block of Woodland Road. A neighbor reported Hastings threatened them after her dog bit a child on the neighbor’s property.

Charles Webb reported at 6:18 a.m. Saturday, April 8, the contents of a package delivered to his residence in the 500 block of Oak Street were missing.

An employee at Home Depot reported at 8:37 p.m. Friday, April 7, a person previously banned from the property had been inside the store. The matter was referred to the Butler County prosecutor.

Officers responded at 9:15 p.m. Saturday, April 8, to a report of shots fired in the 800 block of Mulberry Street. A black Dodge sport utility vehicle parked in a driveway was struck by rounds. No injury was reported.

Edward Thompson, 68, of Fairdealing was booked at 9:40 a.m. Saturday, April 8, at the police department on a Poplar Bluff municipal warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense and he was released on bond.

Officers responded to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center at 3100 Oak Grove Road at 6 p.m. Saturday, April 8, for a behavioral health patient who fled the emergency room. The patient was located nearby and returned to the hospital.

Bryan Bruce, 50, of Poplar Bluff, was booked in at the police department on a Poplar Bluff municipal warrant at 7:15 p.m. Saturday, April 8, for failure to appear on a traffic offense and he was released on bond.

An employee at Walmart Supercenter reported at 9:48 p.m. Saturday, April 8, that on Friday, April 7, a white female left the store without paying for merchandise in her cart. The theft was captured on video.

A neighbor reported at 9:54 p.m. Saturday, April 8, a juvenile threw a rock through a window of a vacant house in the 800 block of Fairmount Street.

Officers responded to a residence in the 900 block of North Second Street for a domestic assault at 11:21 p.m. Saturday, April 8. The suspect left before the police were called, and the victim declined to press charges, according to the report.

Darius Sales, 29, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 11:40 a.m. Saturday, April 8, during a traffic stop on East Pine Street. Sales was booked in on a Doniphan municipal warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense with a $500 cash-only bond and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.

A juvenile female reported at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, April 9, two adult males threatened her and flourished handguns. The juvenile and her guardian refused to press charges. A pistol reported stolen during a burglary in Mountain View, Missouri, was found lying on the ground nearby.

Frayser Johnson, 18, of Poplar Bluff allegedly attempted at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, April 9, to flee the scene on foot but was taken into custody without further incident. Johnson was booked in on a charge of resisting arrest and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.

Autumn Roth reported at 6:11 p.m. Sunday, April 9, three credit cards were taken from her car while it was parked in the 800 block of Cynthia Street.

Tequila Higgins reported at 11:17 p.m. Sunday, April 9, two black females confronted her at Jay’s Corner Store at 1040 S. Broadway and pounded on her car windows. Efforts to contact the suspects failed and criminal summonses were mailed to their last known addresses.

Adrian Negred reported at 12:11 a.m. Sunday, April 9, a Hispanic male flourished a handgun at his residence in the 700 block of Poplar Street. The suspect left the scene before the police were called.

Johnny Nelson, 27, of Broseley and Kevin Grace, 42, of Poplar Bluff were arrested at 1:17 a.m. Monday, April 10, during a traffic stop on South Broadway. Nelson was booked in on Butler County warrants for making terroristic threats and third degree assault with a $10,000 bond and he was lodged in the Butler County jail. Grace was booked in on a warrant for a probation violation with no bond and he was lodged in the Butler County jail.
