Oliver Isaac, 28, of Poplar Bluff was taken into custody Friday, Sept. 20, at the intersection of Spring and Ridge Street for domestic assault, Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Isaac was lodged at the Butler County jail.

Officers responded Friday, Sept. 20, to 1106 Spring Street in reference to stealing. Jacob Leezer reported a gold ring was stolen from his residence.

Officers responded Friday, Sept. 20, to Baldwin GMC at 410 S. 11th Street in reference to a customer making threats to employees and refusing to leave the property. Upon officers arriving William Creutz, 47, was taken into custody for second degree making a terrorist threat and first degree trespass. Creutz was lodged in to the Butler County Justice jail.

Contact was made Friday, Sept. 20, with Heaven Herron at Kentucky Street and Henry Street in reference to an assault. Herron advised she was assaulted by Christina Clark prior to calling the Police. Clark could not be located, however, a criminal summons will be issued for the assault.

Officers were dispatched Friday, Sept. 20, to JC Penny in reference to stealing. After reviewing the surveillance video the suspect was identified as Crystal Berks. Berks was issued a criminal summons for stealing.

Officers responded Friday, Sept. 20, to Save A Lot in reference to stealing. Contact was made with Manager Debra Riley who advised a white female left the store with multiple items without attempting to pay for the items. The suspect could not be located and has not been identified at this time.

Samia Larnce, 26, of Poplar Bluff was taken into custody Friday, Sept. 20, at the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for violating an order of protection. Larnce was lodged in to the Butler County jail.

Justin Woods, 37, of Ellsinore was taken into custody Friday, Sept. 20, at the Probation and Parole officer in reference to him having an active warrant. Woods was lodged at the Butler County jail.

Officers responded Friday, Sept. 20, to 732 N. 10th Street in reference to found property. The residents located a firearm in the basement of their residence that did not belong to them. The firearm was seized and placed into evidence.
