MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY PATROL
Three Ripley County women were injured in a two-vehicle crash at 6:50 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 1, on U.S. 160, six miles east of Doniphan.
According to the report, Caleb M. Loewen, 22, of Doniphan was operating a 2015 Jeep westbound when it struck the rear of a 2018 Mazda, which was stopped in the road attempting to make a left-hand turn.
The other driver, Lacey L. Penley, 39, of Doniphan and her passengers, Christina D. Pullen, 45, of Fairdealing and Paula D. Uribe, 49, of Doniphan, suffered minor injuries. All there were taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment.

He was booked at the Scott County Jail.
