Officers responded Thursday, Sept. 12, to a residence in the 400 block of West Henry Street in reference to threats. It was determined that a juvenile had sent other juveniles a message on social media, which constituted a terroristic threat. This matter was referred to the Juvenile Office.

A subject came to the police station Thursday, Sept. 12, to make a report for fraud. It was determined that there had been an unauthorized transaction on the subject’s account, but that the reporting party did not want to pursue charges.

Officers responded Thursday, Sept. 12, to the 700 block of Davis Street in reference to property damage. It was determined that two vehicles had been damaged. Officers later responded back in reference to an assault. A suspect was identified and charges are being sought through the Butler County Prosecutor’s Office.

Officers responded Thursday, Sept. 12, to a business in the 300 block of South Westwood Boulevard in reference to theft. It was determined that a juvenile had shoplifted from the business. The stolen merchandise was recovered, and the juvenile was trespassed from the property.
