Arnold L. Felton, 54, of the 1000 block of Nooney Street was arrested at 7:36 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, on Main Street on suspicion of resisting arrest, driving while revoked, no license plate and no insurance and a warrant for a parole violation. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Cameron Pickard of the 2800 block of Wayne Avenue reported at 6 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, that a toolbox and wrenches were stolen from the bed of his pickup during the prior night while it was parked on the roadside.

Shawn Freeman of the 1000 block of North Second Street reported at 8:16 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, that he stepped outside his home and witnessed a car fleeing nearby while hearing the sound of glass shattering. After turning on his porch light, Freeman discovered what appeared to be BB gun damage to the front window of his residence.

Sue Treat of the 800 block of Kinzer Street reported at 5:06 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11, that a wheel and tire had been stolen from her Cadillac vehicle sometime during the previous night while it was parked at her home. According to the report, the jack used to raise the vehicle also caused substantial damage to the car.

Dennis Fox reported at 7:53 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, that a U-Haul tow dolly had been stolen from Schenewerk’s U-Haul in the 2200 block of South Westwood Boulevard sometime during the previous night.

John Taylor reported at 10:17 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, that the license plates from Amber Wrinkle’s vehicle had been stolen overnight while the car was parked in the 600 block of North Main Street.

Alan J. Sears, 56, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 2:02 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11, on suspicion of DWI, failure to display valid plates, operating with a valid license, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and no seat belt. He was at the Butler County jail and released.
