Larry D. Preatty, 53, of the 700 block of Cynthia Street was arrested at 8:51 a.m. Thursday, March 19, on Main Street on a Dunklin County warrant for a drug violation and a warrant for shoplifting. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Anthony Leon Frazier of the 800 block of Nickey Street reported an electrical smoker and three-wheel bicycle were stolen from his residence between the evening of Wednesday, March 18, and Thursday, March 19.

Eva May Cannoy of the 800 block of Delano Street reported her residence was entered between 10 and 11:15 a.m. Thursday, March 19.
According to the report, prescription medications, food, a birth certificate, her purse and miscellaneous tools were stolen.
