MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY PATROL
Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash at 4:58 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, on Highway Y, five miles south of Bell City.
According to the report, Justin D. Arduser, 30, of Clarksville, Tenn., was operating a 2002 Hyundai Accent southbound when it crossed the center line and struck a 2009 Toyota Corolla head on.
Arduser suffered moderate injuries, while the other driver, Heather D. Jones, 43, of Sturdivant, suffered minor injuries. Both were taken by ambulance to Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau for treatment.

A 78-year-old Clarkton man was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 1:50 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, on Highway 25, one mile north of Holcomb.
According to the report, Jerry T. Tarkington was operating a 2002 Buick Lasbre northbound when it struck the rear of a John Deere tractor being operated by Casey L. Gossett, 23, of Campbell.
Tarkington suffered moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment.

Bradley D. Couthren, 19, of Ellington was arrested at 10:21 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, in Reynolds County on suspicion of DWI. He was cited and released.

Mitzi S. Moss, 36, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 12:32 a.m. Wednesday, March 18, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). She was booked at the Butler County jail.

Basil W. Foster, 43, of Ellsinore was arrested at 12:18 a.m. Wednesday, March 18, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to signal and no insurance. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Russell B. Arnold, 46, of Ellsinore was arrested at 10:26 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, on suspicion of DWI, failure to drive on the right half of the road, failure to register and no insurance. He was booked at the Ripley County Sheriff’s Department and released.

James D. White, 43, of Mill Spring was arrested at 10:56 a.m. Tuesday, March 17, on a Wayne County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and on suspicion of no valid license. He was booked at the Wayne County Jail.

Tomye D. White, 45, of Mill Spring was arrested at 10:56 a.m. Tuesday, March 17, on two Wayne County failure to appear warrants for passing a bad check and failure to register a motor vehicle. She was booked at the Wayne County Jail.

Joshua Phillip Guyton, 37, of the 500 block of County Road 340 was booked at the Butler County jail Tuesday, March 17, on a warrant for failure to comply with an ignition interlock device requirements and a failure to appear warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Reed Patrick Montgomery, 21, of the 2800 block of County Road 450 was booked at the Butler County jail Tuesday, March 17, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gage Matthew Griffin, 26, of the 800 block of South Ninth Street was arrested at 5:35 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, on Sixth Street on a municipal failure to appear warrant for first-degree trespassing and on suspicion of failure to signal, driving while suspended and no insurance. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Angela Lee Copeland, 55, of Chaffee was arrested at 9:25 a.m. Tuesday, March 17, at Probation and Parole on a Malden municipal warrant for contempt of court. She was booked and released on bond.

Two Watertown, Wisconsin, residents were injured in a two-vehicle crash at 1:16 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, at the intersection of Westwood Boulevard and Highland Drive.
According to the report, Shelby Mashburn, 30, of Watertown was operating a 2006 Kia northbound on Westwood at Highland.
At the same time, Zachary Scott Ward, 28, of the 2500 block of Roxie Road was operating a 2005 Pontiac eastbound with the flow of traffic on Highland at Westwood Boulevard.
Ward reported he had a green light and was moving with the flown of traffic.
Mashburn reported she did know if she had a red or green light.
Mashburn was taken by ambulance to an area hospital for an injury to her wrist.
Mashburn’s 7-year-old passenger, Aubrey Meidl, complained of abdominal pain.
