Shannon Lee Mizell of the 2700 block of Oakmoore reported Thursday, March 12, that his truck had been entered sometime during the prior night.
According to the report, his wallet, containing his driver’s license and Social Security card, two jackets, an animal shock collar and socket set with rail attached were stolen.

Robert Lee Woolem of Fisk reported March 10 that a 2011 Ford Ranger, owned by Kris Willis RV, was stolen from his driveway in the 1700 block of County Road 581 sometime during the prior night.

Brianne A. McCluskey of the 600 block of West Victor Street reported her home was entered between 3 and 6:40 p.m. Thursday, March 12, and a sound bar and TV stolen.
A detective with the department’s Criminal Investigation Division processed the scene.

Deborah F. Shelton of the 100 block of County Road 4702 reported Wednesday, March 11, that a radar detector, car adapter and a bag containing coins and bills were stolen from her 2018 Ford Explorer. The theft occurred sometime after Feb. 25 while Shelton’s SUV was at Baldwin Ford.

Shanah R. Stroman of Ellsinore reported at about 1 p.m. Thursday, March 12, that her wallet was stolen after it was left in a restroom at the Walmart Supercenter.
According to the report, her driver’s license; Social Security cards for her and her children, health records and insurance and debit cards were in the wallet at the time it was stolen.

A 78-year-old Bloomfield man was injured in a one-vehicle crash at 1:56 p.m. Thursday, March 12,
According to the report, Sylvester H. Moses had been at a doctor’s appointment at an office behind the former Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center on North Westwood Boulevard.
Moses reported to officer(s) he began to feel light headed, so he pulled over into the parking lot of Hefner’s Furniture & Appliance and the hospital.
Moses reportedly does not remember what happened next.
Moses’s vehicle reportedly struck the former hospital’s building and then continued up an embankment about 10 yards before coming to rest.
A witness reported he heard the crash from a nearby shop, and upon exiting the building, he saw the vehicle was slowly rolling toward the shop building.
The witness reportedly was unable to wake Moses and had to use a rock to break a window. He then reached in and placed the vehicle in park.
Moses was taken by ambulance to an area hospital for treatment.
