Tony Ray Foster, 31, of Qulin was booked at the Butler County jail Tuesday, March 10, on a failure to appear warrant for peace disturbance.

John Eastwood reported Monday, March 9, that a surface cleaner was stolen from a shed at Saint Francis Health Center in the 200 block of Physicians Drive between March 2 and Sunday, March 8.

James Lee Inman and John Andrew Inman reported March 3 that unknown person(s) entered a residence in the 3600 block of Highway Z.

According to the report, four light fixtures, a dishwasher, bathroom cabinet and bicycle were stolen. A grain cart also was damaged.

A 59-year-old Rombauer man was treated and released from Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center after he was bitten by a dog on March 6.

According to the report, Floyd Edward Miller was at a neighbor’s house in the 3300 block of County Road 569 getting a tire changed at the time of the incident.

Miller reportedly was rolling a tire across the ground when the neighbor’s dog came up behind him and bit him on the lower calf of his left leg.
