BLOOMFIELD -- Ricky Tyron Williams Jr., 39, of Parma was booked at the Stoddard County Jail on a warrant for a passing bad check. He was released on bond.

Billy Marler of the 100 block of Manchester Lane reported on July 6 that the front license plate to his work van had been stolen sometime between July 4 and 6 while it was parked at his residence.

Christopher S. Hays, 42, of the 1000 block of Park Avenue was arrested at 12:10 p.m. Thursday, July 23, a his residence on a Ripley County warrant for hit-and-run and a Butler County warrant for domestic assault. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Patrick Harper of the 1000 block of Mulberry reported at 6:38 a.m. Thursday, July 23, that two motorcycles had been stolen the previous night while they were parked outside the residence. Missing were a 2006 Kawasaki Ninja and a 1983 Honda Gold Wing. Late that morning, the Honda was found on Hickory Street without its license plate.

Christopher Bacon of the 2000 block of Arkansas Avenue reported at 9:35 a.m. Thursday, July 23, that his duty belt was stolen sometime after 1:30 a.m. from his unlocked truck.

Mark Hicks of the 300 block of Henry Street reported at 3:2 0 p.m. Tuesday, July 23, that the license plates on his vehicle had been stolen while it was at Cash’s Car Clinic for service sometime during the previous two months.

John Ruiz, 35, of the 400 block of North G Street was arrested at 7:15 a.m. Thursday, July 23, on Relief Street on failure to appear warrants for no valid license, operating a vehicle without a license, trespass and stealing. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Yolanda E. Knighten, 39, of the 600 block of North E Street was arrested at 12:03 p.m. Thursday, July 23, on Hazel Street on a failure to appear warrant for property damage. She was booked at the Butler County jail.
