A 2-year-old Dexter boy was injured in a one-vehicle crash at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28, on Highway AF at Dexter.
According to the report, Cody D. Marks, 19, of Poplar Bluff was operating a 2010 Dodge Avenger eastbound when he failed to stop at an intersection, and his vehicle ran off the road and struck a tree.
Marks’ passenger suffered minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to SoutheastHEALTH of Stoddard County at Dexter for treatment.
Marks was arrested at 9:09 p.m. on a Butler County warrant for unlawful use of a weapon, a Dunklin County warrant for resisting arrest and on suspicion of possession of marijuana, no insurance, no child restraint and no seat belt. He was booked at the Stoddard County Jail.

A 35-year-old Dexter woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28, on Highway Y, two miles west of Salcedo in Stoddard County.
According to the report, Brooke A. Redfering was operating a westbound 2012 Ford Edge when her car crossed the center line and struck the towed unit of Colton R. Reinert’s 2016 Chevrolet pickup.
Redfering suffered moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston for treatment.
Reinert, 19, of Puxico was not injured in the crash.

Harrison, 44, of Sikeston was arrested at 12:38 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, no seat belt, no valid license, no insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle. She was booked at the Butler County jail.

Kristen Nicole Underwood, 28, of the 900 block of Cherry Street was arrested at 2:35 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28, in the 2200 block of North Westwood Boulevard on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance and two failure to appear warrants for driving while revoked/suspended and shoplifting. She was booked at the Butler County jail.
