Jameson E. Viverette of Poplar Bluff reported Saturday, Feb. 22, a residence he owns in the 1000 block of Davis Street was forcibly entered and copper wiring stolen from throughout the home.

Genna K. Baccus reported at about 7:35 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, that a window was broken at Abundant Life Christian Center in the 1800 block of Bradley. It didn’t appear entry was gained.

A Naylor woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 4:04 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21, near the intersection of Shelby and Oak Grove roads.
According to the report, Donna Jeane Hastings, 56, of Naylor was operating a 2012 Dodge pickup northbound on Shelby Road and was slowing due to traffic when a 2008 Nissan Altima collided with the rear of her truck.
The Nissan’s operator, Emma Grace Steffan, 17, of the 2800 block of East Old Oaks Road, told officers she was northbound behind Hastings’ truck and was attempting to change lanes and had looked over her right shoulder to check for traffic when the collision occurred.
Hastings’ passenger, Tammy Thomas, was taken by private vehicle to an area hospital for treatment.

Four Poplar Bluff residents were injured in a two-vehicle crash at 3:46 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21, at the intersection of Ninth and Spring streets.
According to the report, Christina M. Schwartz, 46 of the 200 block of Marathon was operating a 2011 Ford pickup southbound on Ninth Street when she saw a 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser allegedly fail to stop at the intersection of Ninth and Spring.
Schwartz further reported she did not have enough time to stop, and her truck collided with the other vehicle, which was being operated by Jason Calvin Longhibler, 36, of the 700 block of County Road 557.
Longhibler reported his car was facing eastbound when Schwartz’s vehicle collided with his at the stop sign.
Witnesses reported they saw Longhibler allegedly fail to stop at the stop sign, which resulted in Schwartz’s truck allegedly colliding with the side of Longhibler’s car.
Schwartz and her passenger, Gladys P. Hardin of the 100 block of Angelia, were taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Longhibler and his passenger, Amadonna Moore, 41, of the 700 block of Lexington Avenue, also were taken by ambulance to the Poplar Bluff hospital for treatment.
