Sandra K. Brown, 55, of St. Louis was arrested at 8:55 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of fewer than 10 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was booked at the Butler County jail and released.

A 58-year-old Wappapello man was injured in a one-vehicle crash at 2:40 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, on Highway Z, three miles north of Wappapello.
According to the report, Khaled T. Ghattas was operating a 2013 Mercedes southbound when it ran off the right side of the road and struck a guardrail.
Ghattas suffered moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment.

Robert Lee Conner, 36, of the 2800 block of County Road 5351 was booked at the Butler County jail Wednesday, Feb. 12, on suspicion of driving while revoked/suspended and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.

Justin Joseph Constantino, 43, of Clever, Mo., was booked at the Butler County jail Wednesday, Feb. 12, on three failure to appear warrants for no operator’s license, running a stop sign and no proof of insurance. He was released on bond.

Tammy Bogie of the 700 block of County Road 448 reported Feb. 6 that her storage unit in the 3400 block of Kanell Boulevard had been forcibly entered and an antique chair and two picture frames stolen.

Billy Sol Porch of the 3500 block of South Westwood Boulevard reported a package containing more than 200 catheters was stolen from his porch between 11 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7.
According to the report, the suspect was described as a white male, 6 feet tall, weighing about 200 pounds and driving an all-white Chevrolet pickup.

Rodrick Keith Priest reported Friday, Feb. 7, that windows were broken out of a home he owns in the 4800 block of Township Line Road.
According to the report, the home was forcibly entered and the doors, lights, mirrors and dishes were damaged. Toilets stored behind the residence also were destroyed.
The windshields were broken on a 1960s Oldsmobile and a 1980s Ford pickup. A side glass also was broken on the Oldsmobile.

Michael John Carlson of Pleasant Hill, Mo., reported Saturday, Feb. 8, that his 20016 Nissan Frontier was stolen from a location on County Road 341 at Neelyville. The key was in the ignition at the time of the theft.
According to the report, Carlson’s vehicle was found Tuesday, Feb. 11, abandoned in a field on County Road 276 outside of Qulin.

Helen Doris Millar of the 200 block of County Road 4651 reported her residence was forcibly entered between Jan. 31 and Sunday, Feb. 9.
According to the report, nothing appeared to be missing, but evidence was found indicating someone had been living in the home’s basement.

Steve Antwine Stovall, 43, of Poplar Bluff was arrested at 5:04 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, in the 700 block of Cherry Street on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Robert C. Parnell, 52, of the 1000 block of Tremont Street was arrested at 2:45 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, at his residence on a Cape Girardeau County failure to appear warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Debra Marie Wright, 45, who listed Poplar Bluff and Qulin addresses, was arrested at 2:32 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, in the 1000 block of Tremont Street on two Dunklin County warrants for probation violation on original charges of possession of marijuana. She was booked at the Butler County jail.

Shannon Lynn Robinson, 39, of the 600 block of County Road 603 was arrested at 3:15 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 13, at the police station on a municipal failure to appear warrant for peace disturbance. Robinson was booked at the Butler County jail.
