Donald Edward Gann, 41, of the 2000 block of Wallace Street was arrested at 2:43 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 15, in the 600 block of West Pine Street on suspicion of second-degree trespassing and a municipal failure to appear warrant for possession of marijuana. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Joshua Vawn Tarpley, 36, of the 400 block of Second Street was arrested at 9:01 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 15, at the intersection of Pine and B streets on a Butler County warrant for no valid license. He was booked at the Butler County jail.

Officers responded at 12:22 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 15, to an alarm at Casey’s General Store in the 1900 block of South Broadway.
According to the report, officers found the glass door shattered. No one was found inside, and tobacco-related products had been stolen.
A detective with the department’s Criminal Investigation Division processed the scene.
