MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY PATROL
A 56-year-old Doniphan man was injured in a one-vehicle crash at 12:15 a.m. Wednesday, April 8, on U.S. 160, four miles west of Doniphan.
According to the report, Fred B. Trombly was operating a 2006 Saturn Vibe westbound when it ran off the road and struck a rock.
Trombly suffered moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Trombly was arrested at 2:05 a.m. on suspicion of DWI, no seat belt and failure to drive on the right half of the road. He was released.

BUTLER COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
Ian William Dennis, 22, of the 1300 block of Garner Street was booked at the Butler County jail on a failure to appear warrant for no valid license. He was released on bond.

Timothy Joel Gilpin, 25, of the 100 block of Haystack Lane was booked at the Butler County jail on suspicion of fourth-degree domestic assault.

POPLAR BLUFF POLICE DEPARTMENT
Rusty Shane McGowan, 22, of the 1100 block of West Harper Street was arrested at 11:39 a.m. Tuesday, April 7, at the police station on a Butler County warrant for third-degree domestic assault. He was booked at the Butler County jail and released on bond.
